Terms of Service.
The ground rules for buying music, commissioning custom songs, and using anything you download from WriteTrax4U.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for individuals or the organization that pays for them.
2. Licensing
Every purchase grants the specific license tier shown at checkout. Rights, usage limits, and term are defined by that license and by the license terms page. Masters remain the property of WriteTrax4U unless an exclusive transfer is purchased in writing.
3. Custom Trax projects
Custom songs begin after a deposit is paid. Revision counts, timelines, and deliverables follow the package selected in the builder. Deposits cover studio time and are non-refundable once production starts.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Because products are delivered digitally, completed downloads are generally non-refundable; contact us and we will make it right where something went wrong.
5. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or upload purchased audio as a standalone product, or use it in unlawful, hateful, or defamatory content.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the version accepted at your time of purchase continues to govern that purchase. Questions? Reach us through the contact page.
